WORKPLACE MEDIATION
To
facilitate the introduction of Mediation as a tool for conflict
resolution in organisations Quigley & Associates develop policies
including grievance, harassment, bullying, racism and sexual harassment.
Such policies are necessary for organisations to develop a culture of
Dignity and Respect at work and
to integrate
the role of Mediation in resolving issues as they arise.
To
support these policies we design and deliver conflict resolution and
mediation skills training to all stakeholders to drive home the benefits
of and commitment to a
conflict positive
environment. |
