Martin Quigley B.A, Grad. MMII is a business professional with over 28 years industry experience in business operations and human resources. He currently runs his own HR consultancy practice specialising in conflict management, coaching and personal development. His initial training was in psychology and marketing and he also holds qualifications in Organisation & Workplace Mediation, Coaching & Mentoring. He has extensive experience in the areas of Conflict & Performance Management and Personal Development. Martin supports organisations with bullying and harassment issues, through policy development, awareness training, behaviour workshops, conflict coaching, mediation and investigation. He coaches managers in people management skills, performance issues, disciplinary, grievance and conflict resolution. He has an extensive private practice offering career and personal development coaching.
Martin is a graduate of the Enneagram Professional, Business and Leadership training programmes. He delivers personal development training using the Enneagram personality model to individuals and organisations. Martin has delivered workshops and training in the Irish Management Institure, Burren leadership Forum, European Enneagram & Coaching Conferences, numerous public and private organisations. Martin is an Accredited Teacher by the International Enneagram Association and a Senior member of the Enneagram in Business Network. He recently joined the training and supervisory team of Enneagram Europe.
He is registered with the British Psychological Society to administer and interpret Psychological tests and is qualified to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
